Every legend has a beginning, and ours started with a simple truth: a hardworking person deserves a proper, no-fuss meal.

Back in the day, our founder—a rough-and-tumble fella who just went by “Frank”—grew tired of folks spending more time on the stove than they did on their passions. Whether that was wrangling cattle, counting cards, or just enjoying a well-earned rest, the chore of cooking was getting in the way.

So, Frank had an idea: what if you could get all the flavor and satisfaction of a home-cooked meal without the wait? What if a meal could be as quick as a pistol draw and as honest as a handshake? He teamed up with some of the best folks in the business, all the way from Poland to the UK, and Buffalo Frank’s was born.
